Credit Controller
The Position:
We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team in Kifissia. The main objective of the role is to ensure effective credit control management across the Group, supporting the optimization of cash flow, monitoring customer exposure, and improving collection performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who wants to develop in a dynamic and fast-paced Group environment.
The role offers the opportunity to develop and enhance the Group’s B2B credit control processes, introduce and optimize financial tools supporting collections, and gain exposure to receivables management across multiple markets and business entities.
Reporting to the Treasury Manager you will be responsible and accountable for:
•Monitor customer balances, accounts receivable aging and overdue exposures across the Group’s companies and markets
•Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate collection activities with the relevant departments and business units
•Analyze aging reports and identify potential credit risks or collection issues
•Monitor customer credit limits and compliance with approved payment terms

•Contribute to the implementation and optimization of financial tools and solutions supporting the collection process
•Prepare credit control reports and provide analysis on collection performance, overdue balances, and customer exposure
•Support cash flow forecasting by providing accurate collection projections
•Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Commercial teams, and subsidiaries across the Group to ensure effective receivables management
•Gradually expand the monitoring and management of customer receivables across international entities of the Group
•Investigate and resolve customer disputes affecting collections
•Monitor key credit control KPIs, including DSO and overdue receivables
•Contribute to process improvements and the standardization of credit control practices across the Group
Qualifications & Competencies required:
•Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
•At least 4 years of experience in a similar role (Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, or Finance)
•Strong understanding of credit management, receivables, collections, and working capital principles
•Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (analysis, reporting, data handling)
•Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferable)
•Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications considered as an asset:
•Previous experience in a Group, retail, or multi-entity environment
•Knowledge of SAP SD module and FI module will be considered an asset
•Knowledge of credit risk assessment practices
•Experience with reporting tools and financial analysis
