Currently, we are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy eCommerce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about e-commerce, highly organized, understands eCommerce best practices, and works collaboratively across teams. You will be responsible for maintaining all operations in our CMS platform, product listings, storefront updates, commercial pricing rules & coupons, ensuring a smooth customer shopping experience, and supporting online sales performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, storefront updates, commercial pricing rules & coupons across eCommerce platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize product categorization, metadata, and searchability for improved SEO and user experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to launch promotions, banners, and campaigns on the website.
  • Maintain a clean and error-free website by regularly checking for broken links, outdated content, or incorrect product data.
  • Troubleshoot site and order issues, escalating to IT or development support when needed.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and assist in generating reports on sales, customer behavior, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Stay current with eCommerce trends, tools, and platform updates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in content and CMS platforms will be a plus
  • Basic understanding of SEO, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, Search Console is a plus.
  • Fluency in written English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Time management skills with ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach with a "can do" attitude.
