INTERSPORT Athletics S.A, member of FOURLIS Group, is the exclusive franchisee of INTERSPORT trademark in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania.

Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated and analytical CRM Regional Supervisor to oversee and optimize CRM strategies across our regional operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient use of CRM platforms, driving customer engagement initiatives, and supporting data-driven decision-making through detailed CRM analysis and scenario planning.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g.MS Dynamics), have experience in customer lifecycle management, and possess the leadership skills to coordinate the executional teams across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional execution of CRM strategy in alignment with global and corporate objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day CRM operations across assigned markets, ensuring best practices and consistency in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales, ecommerce, marketing and store operation team to align CRM activities with business goals.
  • Αnalyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Design and implement CRM scenarios, automations, and workflows to optimize the customer journey.
  • Monitor and report on key CRM metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion, churn) and prepare regional performance dashboards.
  • Recommend improvements to segmentation strategies, customer journeys, and CRM content based on data insights.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and internal IT team to support system upgrades, platform transitions, and new feature rollouts.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM roles.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting CRM data, A/B testing, and scenario planning.
  • Experience one major CRM platforms (e.g. MS Dynamics)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and customer journey mapping will be considered as a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across multiple markets and sensitivity to regional business nuances.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
