Assistant Area Sales Manager (Nicosia)

Your Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Area Sales Manager to join our team, based in Nicosia, responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of our stores across Cyprus. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will ensure our stores deliver outstanding customer experience while achieving sales and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Store Managers and their teams to achieve business objectives
• Drive sales performance and profitability across your region
• Monitor store KPIs and implement action plans to maximize results
• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand experience in every store
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards and visual merchandising guidelines
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained across all stores

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in retail or fashion)
• Strong leadership skills
• Commercial awareness with a passion for delivering results
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
