On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Fourlis Group once again organized an internal initiative to celebrate the strength, uniqueness, and achievements of the women within the Group.

Inspired by women who made history by challenging stereotypes and following their own path, the initiative invited female employees to share, in one sentence, something they have achieved and feel proud of – a personal accomplishment or milestone that reflects their individuality.

Participation took place through F2F, the Group’s internal communication platform, where employees shared their messages under the relevant post. Participants also had the opportunity to enter a draw to win INTERSPORT gift cards.

Through this initiative, Fourlis Group celebrated the contribution of women and reinforced a culture of recognition, inspiration, and equality in the workplace.
