On July 22, 2026, the Company announced the initiation of the implementation of its Share Buyback Program, following the resolution of the Company’s Board of Directors dated June 22, 2026, pursuant to the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 20, 2025. The Program provides for the purchase of up to 2,556,774 treasury shares of the Company, at a minimum purchase price of €1.00 per share and a maximum purchase price of €8.00 per share, and will remain in effect until June 20, 2027.
