Athens, Greece – September 11, 2026 –FOURLIS HOLDINGS S.A. (Bloomberg: FOYRK:GA - Reuters: FRLr.AT - ISIN: GRS096003009), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following the relevant notification received on September 9th 2026 from Tedinvest Limited (a direct shareholder holding 50.02% of QUEST HOLDINGS S.A.) and Mr. Theodore Fessas (100% shareholder of Tedinvest Limited), that the total percentage of voting rights held indirectly in the Company by Tedinvest Limited and Mr. Theodore Fessas, increased above the 10% threshold on March 24th 2026.
Specifically, the percentage reached 10.53% (corresponding to a total of 5,464,831 voting rights), compared to 5.05% held in the Company as of February 20th 2026.
It is noted that, as of September 11th 2026, the total voting rights held in the Company by QUEST HOLDINGS S.A. directly and indirectly through the above related parties amount to 12.76%.
