The three stores, set to open in prime commercial locations—The Mall Sofia, Grand Mall Varna, and Galleria Burgas—will offer Bulgarian consumers convenient access to Foot Locker’s premium selection of sneakers and athletic lifestyle products, complemented by an elevated shopping experience and an omni-focused approach to customer service. With this expansion, Foot Locker is entering a market with a robust demand for branded sportswear and high-quality retail experiences.

It is reminded that, as part of the licensing agreement, Fourlis Group holds the exclusive rights to expand Foot Locker's physical and digital presence in eight Southeast European countries, namely Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Montenegro. Additionally, Fourlis Group will also acquire Foot Locker’s existing operations in Greece and Romania, which include six stores in total (3 in Greece and 3 in Romania) and an e-commerce channel in Greece.
