Treasury Analyst

The Position:
We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team in Kifissia. The main objective of the role is to support the Group’s treasury operations, ensuring effective cash management, accurate forecasting, and smooth execution of daily banking activities. Reporting to the Treasury Controller you will be responsible and accountable for:
•Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity across bank accounts
•Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
•Execute payments and monitor incoming receipts
•Manage relationships with banking institutions and support banking operations
•Monitor loan facilities, interest, and repayment schedules
•Support funding activities and financial transactions of the Group
•Prepare treasury reports related to cash position, liquidity, and financial exposures
•Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial procedures
•Collaborate with Accounting and other departments to ensure accurate financial data
•Contribute to the improvement of treasury processes and systems

Qualifications & Competencies required:
•At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Treasury, Finance, or Accounting)
•Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
•Strong understanding of cash flow, liquidity management, and financial concepts
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (analysis, reporting, data handling)
•Familiarity with ERP systems ( SAP preferable )
•Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications considered as an asset:
•Knowledge of banking products and financial instruments
•Previous experience in a retail or multi-entity environment
