Foot Locker SEE is now expanding in 8 countries, namely Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro and Cyprus, with a short term target of 100 stores and 8 e-shops. We are looking for a Foot Locker E-Commerce Specialist GR-CY, based in our offices in Athens, Greece, reporting to Foot Locker SEE Operations & Expansion Manager GR&CY. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the digital launch and growth of Foot Locker across South East Europe.
Main Responsibilities:
SALES TARGET
Oversee the digital sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives, generate reports and provide insights to senior management.
GLOBAL CALENDAR
Administer calendar localization, ensuring banner localization and uploading all the content on webshop/app. Follow up both direct and indirect competition that is affecting customer behavior.
SITE CONTENT
Ensure that website is up-to-date and compliant with the company’s standard - including product names, descriptions, images, prices, banners, recommended products, brand campaigns, and concept promotions.
PERSONALIZATION
Create PGW list and shop the look styles, specialized categories, and segments in collaboration with E-commerce Sales Manager.
CREATING PROMOTIONS
Supervise the implementation of digital campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring successful implementation via monitoring traffic and conversion through Google Analytics and provide insights to Marketing manager.
DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM
Cooperate with other departments guaranteeing smooth and aligned implementation of all e-commerce processes and controlling of order preparation processes and external partners. Monitor web operations, communication with warehouse and store personnel, and propose process improvements whenever necessary.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Oversee aftersales activities, ensuring seamless customer experience, and reporting software dysfunctionalities. Control security and SSL certification.
CRM& EMAIL MARKETING
Support the localization of the email/communication marketing initiatives, using the CRM platform following guidelines of CRM/ Email team. Prepare special promotion, list and communication for loyal customers.
