What You Will Work On
Reporting to the CRM, CMP & Sustainability Leader Greece of the Marketing Department you are responsible and accountable to:
- Support the development and implementation of the CRM strategy, aligned with the company’s commercial and marketing objectives.
- Plan and coordinate CRM marketing activities and campaigns based on the commercial calendar and marketing plan.
- Deliver CRM campaigns and events across in-store and outdoor channels for IKEA Greece.
- Execute additional CRM campaigns and initiatives based on business priorities and customer needs.
- Ensure that the IKEA brand identity, values and key benefits are consistently communicated across all CRM communications.
- Ensure compliance with IKEA Family and IKEA for Business guidelines across all relevant communication platforms and touchpoints.
- Work with CRM platforms and tools to support campaign implementation, monitoring and optimization.
- Prepare CRM reports and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the implementation of Marketing projects and initiatives as required
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- Approximately 4 years of professional experience, preferably in a Marketing or CRM department.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to interpret information and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Digital literacy and confidence in using digital tools and platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
