(Bloomberg: FOYRK:GA - Reuters: FRLr.AT - ISIN: GRS096003009), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from HOLD Alapkezelő Zrt. on January 27th, 2026, announces that, as a result of acquisition of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights directly held by HOLD Alapkezelő Zrt., increased above the 10% threshold on January 26th, 2026. Specifically, the percentage reached 10.03%, corresponding to 5,128,880 voting rights, compared to the previously disclosed percentage of 5.06% on 21 October 2021.
