Athens, Greece – June 12, 2026 –FOURLIS HOLDINGS S.A. (Bloomberg: FOYRK:GA - Reuters: FRLr.AT - ISIN: GRS096003009) announces the distribution of a dividend payment for the Fiscal Year 2025 amounting to fifteen euro cents (€ 0.15) per share, in accordance with the resolutions of the Company’s Annual Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting, held on June 12th 2026.

The dividend is subject to a withholding tax of 5%, where applicable, therefore, the shareholders will receive a net amount of € 0.1425 per share.

The ex-dividend date is Monday, 29.06.2026 and the dividend beneficiaries date (Record Date) is Tuesday 30.06.2026. Beneficiaries of the dividend are the Shareholders registered in the Dematerialized Securities System on the Record Date. The dividend payment will take place on Friday 03.07.2026 through the network of PIRAEUS BANK S.A., as follows:

1. Through the participants of the beneficiaries in the Dematerialized Security System (Banks and Brokerage Companies), in accordance with the regulations in force of EL.K.AT.

2. Especially in cases of dividend payment to heirs of deceased beneficiaries whose securities are kept in the Special Account of their Share in the DSS, under the supervision of ATHEXCSD, the dividend payment process will be carried out after the completion of the legalization of the heirs, through the network of "Piraeus Bank SA".
