May: “Wellness Month” for Fourlis Group Employees

The “Wellness Month,” another initiative of the “Well-Being” program implemented by the Sustainable Development and Corporate Responsibility Department of the Fourlis Group for its employees, was successfully completed.

Specifically, in May, designated as “Wellness Month” for the Fourlis Group, employees had the opportunity to participate in a series of activities held at the Group’s brand facilities across the country, including the Group’s headquarters in Kifisia, IKEA stores in Kifisos, Airport, Thessaloniki, Thessaly, and Ioannina, and the Trade Logistics facilities in Schimatari and Oinofyta.

“Wellness Month” included therapeutic massage sessions by experienced physiotherapists from Movebetter and Workwell, body composition tests in collaboration with experienced nutritionists from The Health Lab, and mindfulness sessions conducted by Skema Projects and Workwell.

The goal of the “Well-Being” program is to inform employees about health and wellness issues and to actively involve them in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being, encouraging them to adopt a daily routine that balances their individual needs in terms of nutrition, exercise, mental health, and overall quality of life.

Ms. Lida Fourlis, Director of Sustainable Development and Corporate Responsibility of the Fourlis Group, stated: “At Fourlis Group, our priority is to create value for everyone. We continuously listen to the social and business needs that modern organizations must respond to and continue to take initiatives and implement corporate responsibility programs with a comprehensive approach and strategy. In this context, we have designed support programs for employees and their families. The “Well-Being” program is an initiative that started in 2010 and has been embraced by all our employees, as it contributes to promoting health and wellness and a generally healthy lifestyle.”
